Students of year 5 &6 joined together, on 21st June 2021 to practice different postures of Yoga and meditation. The day was celebrated in each class by sharing a video on Yoga postures by a professional Yoga instructor. The parent representatives of year 5&6 contributed to making of the Yoga day interactive and engaging for which feedback was collected from the children. After engaging, themselves in mindful meditation they felt calm, relaxed and rejuvenated after the session.
