Students of year 5 &6 joined together, and learnt the importance of Mental Health by celebrating Mental Health Day. Children of Year 5 and 6 created Mental health wheel and listed ways to boost mental health. Practice of different postures of Yoga and meditation techniques was done on 10th of February. They felt calm, relaxed and energised after the session.
